Subscription & Cancellation

1. Published price
HM Studio Nesting is priced at CAD $79 per month, plus applicable taxes. This is one software product; supported CNC workflows are product capabilities, not separate subscriptions.
2. Checkout status
Online checkout is currently disabled while payment, approval, email, licence, and activation flows complete production verification. Displaying the price does not by itself create a subscription.
3. Trial and compatibility
An approved customer may receive a 14-day evaluation after the agreed compatibility workflow is confirmed. Evaluation scope, start date, supported workflow, and any special conditions will be communicated directly.
4. Renewal
When live subscriptions are enabled, monthly subscriptions will renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled, subject to the checkout terms presented at purchase. Applicable taxes will be added based on the transaction and customer information.
5. Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the next renewal through the supported account or contact process. Unless applicable law or written terms require otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until that date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not normally create a prorated refund for the current period.
6. Refunds and service changes
Refunds, credits, plan changes, failed payments, and exceptional circumstances will be handled under the purchase terms and applicable law. HM Studio will not describe a transaction as complete until payment and licence activation are confirmed.
7. After access ends
When a subscription or evaluation ends, software access and licence verification may be limited or disabled. Customers remain responsible for retaining their own source programs, production records, and other business data.
