Evaluation terms
Trial Terms
Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Trial requests
Submitting a trial request does not automatically create an account, begin a subscription, or guarantee access. HM Studio may review compatibility, intended use, available capacity, and other practical requirements before approving or declining a request.
2. Evaluation purpose
Trial access is provided only for evaluation and testing of the approved HM Studio Nesting workflow. It may be limited by time, customer, workflow, software build, machine setup, or other conditions communicated with the approval.
3. Compatibility process
HM Studio may ask for representative programs and technical details through an appropriate private channel. Compatibility approval applies only to the tested sample workflow and does not guarantee compatibility with every file, machine, controller, postprocessor, or production condition.
4. Production responsibility
Trial software and generated CNC output must be independently reviewed by a trained operator. You remain responsible for machine settings, tooling, workholding, clearance, simulation, dry runs, safe operating procedures, and final production approval.
5. Data and confidentiality
Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential employee information. Do not send confidential production files through the public request form. If files are needed, HM Studio will provide or confirm an appropriate private transfer method.
6. No payment or subscription
No credit card is requested through the trial form. A trial request or approved evaluation does not create a paid subscription. Any future subscription requires a separate, clearly presented acceptance and payment process.
7. Availability and termination
Pre-release trial access is provided on an “as available” basis and may be changed, suspended, or ended when reasonably necessary for compatibility, security, misuse prevention, maintenance, or product development.
8. Other terms
The HM Studio Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and End User Licence Agreement also apply where relevant. If trial-specific instructions conflict with general website information, the written conditions supplied with the approved trial control for that evaluation.
